This is the official website of the Romanian painter Oana Corina Melinte.
We collect the absolute minimum personal data needed to show you her art and — if you wish — keep you informed about new paintings and exhibitions.

- Password (securely hashed, never stored in plain text)
Automatically collected:
- Basic analytics via our self-hosted Umami instance (page views, country, device type – no personal identifiers, no cookies for tracking across sites)
2. How We Use Your Data
- To send you occasional newsletters about new artworks and exhibitions (via Amazon SES)
- To improve the website
- To prevent abuse
3. Sharing & Third Parties
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone for marketing purposes.
- Your data is only processed by:
- Our hosting provider (Railway)
- Amazon Web Services (AWS SES) for email delivery
- Our self-hosted Umami analytics (no third-party involvement)
4. Cookies
- Essential cookies: only for login sessions
- Umami analytics: privacy-friendly, no cookies, no fingerprinting, no data sent to third parties
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
As an EU resident you have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your data
- Withdraw consent (unsubscribe) at any time
- Request data portability
Just write to us — we will reply within a few days.
6. Data Storage & Security
- Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt AWS region) or on Railway (EU/US – encrypted at rest)
- Connection is always encrypted (HTTPS)
- Passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion for legal purposes.
8. Children
The Site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
Significant changes will be announced on the Site and, if needed, by email.
